The duties and responsibilities for offshore support service is as per below:

1. Supporting offshore operation in Halul Island, Al Shaheen Terminal and Rayyan Terminal by assisting the loading/unloading and delivery of material, equipment, and provision to the offshore supply vessel in Ras Laffan Port. Coordinate and plan all related to marine offshore logistic to ensure a streamline operation.

2. Monitoring the loading operation, providing full technical related information based on the loading instruction from shipper for a smooth loading. Monitoring the personnel movement in Doha Heliport to ensure a smooth movement.

3. Daily coordination with Qatar Petroleum Port Logistic, Qatargas Marine Logistic, shipmaster and ship principal for vessel and material planning and scheduling. To ensure a smooth vessel and personnel turnaround between offshore site and Ras Laffan Port.

4. To coordinate with Custom for any material inbound from overseas and to be re-export, to assist the mobilization and demobilization of offshore equipment by land or sea to their warehouse.

5. To coordinate with third party heavy equipment provider for availability of crane and forklift for material loading/unloading. This is include assisting for gate pass requirements, material pass and security escort for special/oversize equipment.

6. Reviewing cargo stowage, manifest and optimizing cargo liftings, loading & unloading sequences.

7. Ensuring compliance with agreed charter party terms, verifying that all voyage orders comply with the charterparty terms.

8. Monitoring vessel movements and performances. To prepare a back up plan of vessel line up supposed the nominated vessel delayed to arrived and to prioritized the next vessel in the line up

9. Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes. Handling crew transfer from vessel to vessel, vessel to platform, airport to heliport, and heliport to platform including immigration clearance.

10. Preparing a travel arrangement for ship crew and offshore crew, ensures that crew members are booked for travel on the appropriate schedule with correct transportation mode and documentation.

The duties and responsibilities for cargo loading in Liquid Petroleum Terminal is as per below:

1. Follow up with Qatargas Business Scheduling team to ensure the availability of planned product that meet the buyer requirement and lifting schedule.

2. To prepare a back up plan of vessel line up based on the laycan date.

3. Coordinate with Qatargas Business Scheduling team for vessel line up and berthing plan based on the estimated ship arrival schedule and estimated sailing time of present vessel to ensure the turnaround time streamline with the production flow to avoid tank top situation.

4. Follow up with Qatargas RLTO to ensure terminal are in ready to load condition following the expected berthing schedule from Qatargas Business Scheduling Team.

5. Attending the pre loading meeting and post loading meeting onboard the vessel with the RLTO Loading Master. To be the vocal point onboard for any dispute between vessel and RLTO and also to be the person in charge on behalf of Qatar Petroleum as the marketing company and port operator.

6. Monitoring the loading operation in RLTO Liquid Berth and CSP Terminal, acting on behalf of Qatar Petroleum as the owner of Ras Laffan Port and Qatargas as the Ras Laffan Terminal Operator to provide a full technical related information based on the loading instruction from shipper for a smooth operation.

7. Review the cargo surveyor final calculation, loading documents, terminal ullage report and vessel ullage report after loading to be submitted to Qatar Petroleum Sales of Petroleum Products and Qatargas Products Sales team for issuing Export Documents (Bills of Lading).

Port and Facility Superintendent at Citra Kabil Offshore Port and Supply Base

The duties and responsibilities of Project Logistic Coordinator is a per below:


1. Supporting offshore operation in Natuna Block by assisting the loading/unloading and delivery of material, equipment, and provision to the offshore supply vessel in SCN Port. Coordinate and plan all related to marine offshore logistic to ensure a streamline operation. To coordinate with Custom for any material inbound from overseas and to be re-export, to assist the mobilization and demobilization of offshore equipment by land or sea to their warehouse.

2. Monitoring and assist the movement of project material and equipment from Singapore or from Batam bonded zone area to the designated project site vv including load out and load in of offshore platform.

3. Daily coordination with Charterer, Shipper, shipmaster and ship principal for vessel and cargo planning and scheduling. To ensure a smooth vessel and personnel turnaround between offshore site and SCN Port. To arrange a backup plan for upcoming vessel maintenance schedule and weather forecast.

4. To coordinate with third party heavy equipment provider for availability of crane and forklift for material loading/unloading. This is include assisting for gate pass requirements, material pass and security escort for special/oversize equipment.

5. Arranging and coordinating with surveyor for inspection of materials, vessel & barges (including their equipments).

6. To ensure the manifests and materials correctly correspond and done in safely manner.

7. Negotiating, appointing and arranging freight forwarders, shipping company and air charter company for transportation requirement in order to maintain smooth operations in the work site.

8. Establish communication with the Vessel Master, Barge Master, FPSO Master, Rig Master and the air charter company for a smooth movement of crews, workers and material going in and out from the offshore supply base to the exploration site.

9. Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes. Handling crew transfer from vessel to vessel, vessel to platform, airport to shore base, and shore base to platform including immigration clearance.

10. Preparing a travel arrangement for ship crew and offshore personnel, ensures that they are booked for travel on the appropriate schedule with correct transportation mode and documentation.

11. Arrange a proper documentation and certificate database of the crew, ensure that their certificate is update. Ensures that all personnel onboard the vessel/chopper bound for offshore are fully briefed and familiar with the safety and emergency procedures prior to boarding supporting operational safety objective.

12. Analyze transportation costs and trends, update performance metrics, and prepare routine reports identifying actions for continued improvement.

13. Ensure that all vessels are operated in a safe and efficient manner and if full accordance with legislative and companies safety management systems.
