reporting systems as well as forecasting, budgeting and cost control procedures ● Leading consolidation of
accounts, financial analysis, financial control and trend analysis, forecast development, and tax declarations ●
Preparing comprehensive company profiles for new clients and investors
ACTS is a leading provider of construction consultancy services in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Qatar,
Kuwait, Oman and Lebanon), Africa (Rwanda and Kenya), and Southeast Asia (Singapore and India). Main
responsibilities include: ● Consolidating the group's financial reporting systems, developing adequate internal
governance structure and processes, and analyzing operating results against approved plans tackling shortfalls
● Serving as a key member of executive leadership team and overseeing strategic initiatives that achieved
organic and non-organic growth aligned with corporate strategy ● Leading finance team of 12, with 6 direct
reports spanning accounting and finance, audit and procurement functions
Achievements:
• Structured and improved accuracy of financial reporting and analysis by introducing departmental
reporting, and advised division heads on corrective actions accordingly
• Directed due diligence and acquisition of 2 companies while liaising with international lawyers and
financial advisors to ensure smooth closure drafting the LOI, engaging financial and tax due diligence,
drafting the SPA and SHA, completing the CPs and completion requirements
• Rolled out the ERP system and integrated financial reporting systems of the acquired companies
• Conducted feasibility studies for new branches
TASC Towers is a start-up telecom tower management company which provides shared site and tower
services for network operators by acquiring, building and maintaining passive infrastructure assets. Main
responsibilities include ● Preparing detailed and complex financial models, analyzing company data and
conducting financial due diligence on potential investments ● Preparing management presentations
customized for each investment opportunity
Achievements:
• Devised selection criteria and approached companies requesting detailed data about their assets which
were used to build pricing modules
• Participated in Q&A sessions to enquire about specific information which is not covered in Information
Memorandums (IM)
• Liaised with international advisors and bankers in efforts to raise funds of $100M+ as part of the bidding
process
Managed a USAID fund of $4.4M to implement the Lebanon Mountain Trail project that aims to promote
eco-tourism in rural areas. Managed all finance operations including reporting to donors and ensuring
compliance with their requirements.
Performed bookkeeping, monitored expenses and tested budget variations through customized procedures
for NGOs and donors’ guidelines.
