Detailed Job planning, Researching, Scoping of work, and Estimating of material and job requirements.
Developing task instructions, identifying tool and equipment requirements and developing job material lists.
PM and Standard Job Plan Development.
Creation of purchase requisitions & stock reservations for planned work
Coordinating with operations, purchasing, materials management, maintenance personnel and maintenance management.
Planning and scheduling for shutdowns (major and minor).
Keeps the Maintenance Manager informed of abnormal or critical situations and seeks advice on matters outside the Planner's knowledge or authority.
Identifies recommendations and or areas for improvements.
Responsible for the maintenance of the Bills of Material (Parts lists) for assets including ensuring current information is accurate
Reviews all work order feedback and updates PMs and Standard Work Orders accordingly.
Responsible for closing completed work orders in General Electric designed software: Asset Plus and One-view systems (CMMS).
Implement Lean Maintenance System among working members.
Plan maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and efficiently utilization of resources like Pump, Steam Boilers, Chillers, AHU, Electric Generator, power distribution systems, transformers & switchgear.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractor and avail their services in case of emergency.
Sound Knowledge of Safety and Fire Fighting system.
Follow up of work execution to measure workforce and scheduling effectiveness.
Periodic statistical report for all planned maintenance activities, accomplishment and efficiency.

Responsible for implementation of design drawing of HVAC on site.
Experience in cooling load calculation, ESP calculation, CFM calculation, as per using CARRIER and ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
Sound knowledge of operation and maintenance of equipments Such as Chillers, Pumps, Air Handling Units, Air Cooled Packaged Units, Ducting, Fan coil Units, , Exhaust Fans etc.
Duct Material Calculations.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical graphs.
Prepare & submit material submittals for consultants/clients approval.
Verify shop drawings based on tender drawings.
Preparing take offs based on shop drawing and to verifying with Bill of quantities to place order of material for execution & actual execution of work.
Coordinating the shop drawing with other trades.
Planning and producing works program.
Cost control related to Material and labor as per allowed budget.
Total labor cost Estimation of the project.
Preparing weekly work progress charts.
Completed B.Tech with distinction marks (75.8%) with HONS degree and remained among top 5 of our university also received Scholarship from IDB bank Jeddah KSA.
