Guiding monitoring controlling different discipline site inspectors, Reviewing Analyzing and closing the NCR /SOR given by clients and preparing log book for tracking and reporting to management,
Arranging and assisting to carry out Internal / External surveillance audit to be conducted as part of certification renewal and project specifications and ISO requirements.
AS BUILT Drawings setting the required procedures for preparations and submissions and approving chronology.
Handling projects in different location with contractors/ periodic site inspections to be carried out to ensure the fulfilling project requirements,
Preparing the final handing over procedures. Guidelines for operation & maintenance manuals, commissioning plans, project Quality Dossiers for final hand over of the project to the clients,
Construction of INFINEON FAB2 HIGHTECH building to meet the high quality requirements
Implementation of ISO and QMS plan to achieve maximum quality outputs,
Handling the sequence of construction to strictly follow up quality needs by implementing project quality plan (PQP), inspection test plan ( ITP ) and method of statements,

Arranging / attending weekly meetings to follow up progress and quality requirements on site,
Handling client requirements and attending witness test as required,
All site welding activities must follow as per welding process specification ( WPS ) and welders qualification test (WQT ) and meets AWS/ASME /API standards requirements,
