I am responsible of performing the following duties being a “ Asst. Finance Manager ” at Copper Chandni Company since December 2013.
1) Maintaining ERP mutakamil Accounting Software computerized Books of Accounts.
2) Checking of All kind of Payments (Cheques and Banking Online Payment).
3) Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements.
4) Preparation of Account Payable Reconciliation Statement.
5) Prepare Monthly Budget.
6) Ensures the posting of Accounts Payable before payment.
7) Inter Branch Accounts Payable reconciliation statement.
8) Preparation of Fixed Assets Register.
9) Maintain Inter branch accounts in head office.
10) Supervision of Distribution, Follow up and Filling of Cheques and online payments.
11) Fulfill the requirement of Internal, External audit and Zakat department.
12) Preparation of various kind of reports as required by the management and Reply of audit departments reports.
