Responsibilities:
NBB 2020, NTP 2030 Program/Project Management, managing contractors and fiber networks deployments.
Projects management, deployment management, project control, supervision, Acceptance, project reporting, technical writing.
Quality assurance, in charge of the Fiber to the Home deployment, coordinating among working groups and contractors, ensuring correct network deployment
Responsible for the design, deployment implementation, tests and handover of a new fiber network
Identify risks and suggest and implement corrective actions to improve quality of the roll-out.
Ensure all quality and HSE (Health Safety environment) procedures are implemented and works carried out meeting local HSE regulations.
Report on quality gaps, knowledge deficiencies, training requirements and overall improvement areas.
Receiving periodic reports from Contractor/Supervisor and develop periodic reports for Management.
Hold regular project progress review and coordination meetings with OSP vendors and contractors.
Audit and assess the performance of the OSP and communicate non compliances with management.
Establish the mechanism to track, review and clarify problem issues raised in the project and to identify actions needed to resolve implementation blocking issues, and take action to resolve the roadblocks

Planning and designing of 10, 000 kilometers of metro network valued at 4.0 billion SARS in three phases. Phase one of which is rolled out and deployed 650 kilometers of metro network valued at 250 Million Saudi Riyals
Preparation of Master plan for Metro and FTTX/FTTH, Planning/design and Rollout of GPON/FTTH for three major cities and building 12 GPON OLT sites and connected 50, 000 home pass on FTTH.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of FTTH/GPON Planning and Design Guidelines for OSP/ISP and technical detailed specifications for civil and cables including allied equipment’s, accessories and customer premises infrastructure in line with industry standards and ITU/IEEE, TIA/EIA & BICSI recommendations.
FTTH GPON comparisons with MSAN'S/NGDLC technologies for CAPEX/OPEX, future demand and global industry trends and developed planning and design business model and strategy.
Preparation of annual RFP/RFQ. Performed evaluation (Technical & Commercial) for all FTTX/MSAN & FTTH/GPON solutions/offers/responses and give recommendations for vendor selection.
Vendor evaluation and optimization to conclude the competitive prices for affordable network.
Design and Dimensioning of FTTX networks equipment’s such as OLT, ONT, FDT/FDH/FDF, Splitters, NGDLC & MSAN etc; Generate and reviews of SOW, MOP, BOQ for ISP and CPE’s.

Provided major backhaul connectivity to existing GSM operators and corporate sector which enables us to shrink the time span of ROI.
