Project Description: The project includes Firefighting & Fire Alarm

• Visit Sites (Petrol Station) and Inspect the Existing System (Fire Safety) and Check whether system are in
Compliance or not.
• Design Calculation for Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System (Fire Pump).
• Preparation of Vendor Pre-qualification & Material Submittals for approval.
• Preparation of Method of Statements & ITPs.
• Conduct Basic fire safety training for employees and Building occupants and promote fire safety awareness.
• Supervision of Fire Fighting System installation at site to ensure proper implementation of project
specification, Approved drawings & relevant standard.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction related to Fire Protection systems.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure that all Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm installations meet design
specifications, industry standards & Local regulation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding FF & FA systems
• Update and maintain records of all modifications or changes made during the construction process.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of as-built drawings.
• Performing Maintenance of the Completed Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm system under AMC after
Commissioning & Handover.
