•Preparation and issuance of new sales purchase agreements for Villas, Townhouses, Terrace home, Apartment, Villa Plot, Development Plot and Warehouse depending on the type of sale/ unit transfer.
•Preparation and issuance of Amalgamation Agreements, Additional Plot Agreements, Novation Agreements, Subdivision Agreements, Tripartite Agreements, Islamic Assignment Agreements,
•Serves as the primary interface to the Client and maintaining the on-going business relationship, during and after the initial implementation of Client set-up, with regard to operational needs, communication, Client service and performance
•Preparation and issuance of Off-plan resale’s and pre-registration
•Checking with various departments in Nakheel for clearance (Finance, Consolidation, Legal, Etc.)
•Set an appointment for resale with the Buyer and seller providing all original documentations to verify and provide customers with resale NOC for Dubai Land Department.
•Assess property settlement status, client’s financial history and coordinate the mortgage deals between the owner and the financial parties, finalize the deal, create new owner profile and update all relevant details in the system and finally arrange issuing the new contracts and payment receipts / schedule to the new owner.
•Implement internal process workflows and the workflows of the assigned Clients for all property handover approvals.
•Update of Oracle system, based on the info maintained from other departments.
•Creates, maintains and monitors computerized files, databases and directories; conducts record searches and prepares statistical work sheets and other required documents; audits documents, verifies accuracy and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.
- Preparing tender documents, pricing, catalogues, presentations, quotations and Meetings.
- Technical support to the AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) system and all measurement devices (Meters, Concentrators, Multi-Function Meter, Data Logger Hand Held Unit and Software).
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and activities.
- Support Sales, Accounts & other BU team on customer inquiries
- Supervising and Managing Company’s projects inside UAE like DEWA Pilot Project -500 measurement devices- and ADNOC Project -12, 000 measurement devices.
-Providing technical support for Dial-Up and ADSL internet connections customers.
-Promoting broadband internet subscription.
-Inbound and outbound calls internet Services Information Agent.
-Sales/Marketing Engineer for Alarm Security Systems: (SKYLINK Products: Scanners, Cameras, motion detectors), visiting customers, presentations and after sales services.
-Technical Engineer: Technical support, Maintenance, installation for all Alarm Security System instruments and devices.
