Overviewing all Steel Structure fabrication process starting from Material Take Off till delivery.

Systemizing projects variations orders, final quantifications and projects completion.

Establishment and management of the Project execution Plan.
Preparation for, attendance to, and production of monthly client governance meetings
Development of initial and updates to Work Orders/proposals (project scope, estimates, tender reviews and approvals) ensuring that the work scope is thoroughly defined.
Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations and change orders
Initiating, monitoring and controlling project’s key performance indicators
Producing accurate and updated financial reports.
Internally reporting (weekly progress tracker, monthly financial reviews) and externally (monthly project progress and completion reports) to the end client.
Managing all official/written communications and correspondences from and to the clients.
Preparation, approval, and execution of all critical rigging lifting plans.
Managing all subcontracting works performance and completion parameters.
Managing site’s heavy equipment and construction machinery supplies and operation
Managing site’s stores and procurements requirements
Managing site’s EAR, ELA, and Plant and Equipment insurance policies coverage
Managing site’s 3rd party inspection and certification requirements
Managing site’s setup mobilization and demobilization arrangements
Managing construction sites assets and inventories
Preparation and monitoring of site’s equipment and manpower budgets
