Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect all architectural items, ensure that all site works are ongoing with the required quality level.
Review the submitted shop drawings and method statements for our approval.
Ensure that architectural works are executed on site as per specifications, approved methods of statement and approved shop drawings.
Ensure that all delivered materials to site are according to approved material approval sheet (MAS).
Maintain proper coordination with MEP trades to avoid any conflict with the execution of different activities.
Raising and closing site instructions (SI) and Snag List by coordination with team work.
Review and update the submitted daily / monthly reports for work progress.

Preparing daily work progress reports.
Review all submitted methods of statement and ITPs for our review, taking the necessary action.
