Key Responsibilities:

 Karen Millen and Pronovias Buying of SS and FW collections for all Egypt stores since 2012

 Staff management; includes hiring, evaluation, assessment and training (currently managing 60 employees in 7 stores including assistants, store managers, sales and cashiers)

 Responsible for all store operations; including stock management, allocation of merchandise based on sales trends and demand, and visual merchandising

 Preparing weekly reports, monthly evaluations, and yearly projections

 Undertake sales forecasting and monitoring of inventory levels across brands

 Studying capacity plans for shops in terms of staff and products

 Work closely with the marketing department to enhance brand promotion and marketing activities including events, advertisements and sponsorships as well as cross selling activities.

 In charge of the delivery of the business plan and achieve targeted sales

 Ensure regular training is provided to the staff and coordinate needed training with the training department

 Ensure proper assortment planning and inventory budgeting
