•Identifying risk, minimizing exposure and working closely with external stakeholders to define and implement risk-mitigating actions.
•Working with counterparts in all Mattex SBUs to introduce and implement new vendors
•Supporting on purchasing department budgets.
•Resolving vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
•Whenever delegated, represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
•Reviewing, evaluating, and recommending for issuing and awarding bids.
