Recruitment of new staff and management of their tests/interviews
Making (MRF) Material Request Forms for required material
Building social relations with community for the smooth execution of the project
Building social & professional relations with senior security officials and concerned police stations/departments
In Charge of residential camp including allotment/controlling of rooms and overall maintenance and repairing of the camp.
Keeping Responsibility of Tenant Lists for Sub-Contractors / Companies living in camp
Reporting / Reviewing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Material Take inn/out Reports.
Keeping Responsibility of light vehicles as per contract
Keeping Responsibility of fuel/diesel for all the vehicles/machinery and generators.
Hiring/Controlling the labors on temporary/permanent basis for various works
Supervision of private Security Company’s effectiveness and controlling their deployment and attendance
