Duties/Responsibilities:
1Reporting to the MD/Director ( Finance) / Group Adviser.
Preparing periodic financial statements and financial forecasts on a regular basis.
Day to Day monitoring of Bank accounts and fund management.
Overall control and supervision of the functions of Accounts & Internal audit department.
Maintain companies Tax and VAT.
.Lead the Accounts and Finance department in handling
all transaction.monitoring & check all voucher, Daily
received and payment statement, Money
requisition, purchases requisition & others receipts &
payments bill vouchers.
Check all factory voucher, Daily and monthly statement.monitor petty cash,
supervision of bill, invoice, D.O, and collection and deposit monitoring..organize and maintain payroll system.
2. Leading the preparation of cash book, bank book, ledger
book, bank reconciliation statement and general ledger.
3.Preparation of trading & P/L A/C & Balance sheet.

5.Banking activities.
6. Monitoring & collection L/C, P.I. ALL BILL, B/L, BTB LC
07.Monitoring, cash collection and deposit in to bank, sales (Export & local sales)

loan, and payment schedule)
18.Lea-son with bank, insurance, lease and financial
institution,
19.Prepare and maintain the documents for Credit rating
and all finance authority.
20.Prepare and maintain the documents for Tax, VAT
authorities.
21.Prepare annual and half yearly financial statement and
submit to higher management for discussion and
evaluation.
