presently i am working in ANM-RMTC riyadh metro project as a safety specialist..
Job responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the preparation of minutes of meeting for HSE meetings
• Prepare the Risk Assessment, Hazard Analysis and assist to prepare Method Statements Conduct daily and weekly walkthrough audit with management and client.
• Conduct the HSE meetings with sub-contractors.
• Maintaining and updating site safety statistics and injuries records.
• Prepare and conduct trainings, Safety Orientation (Induction).
• Ensuring delivery and supporting the supervisors in Conducting Tool Box Talks.
• To keep HSE record & maintain it.
• Ensuring all work is carried out as per traffic safety standards and construction specifications.
• Preparation of detour drawing including signage’s as per Ministry of Transport guidelines.
• Preparation of monthly HSE reports for supervision consultant and client.

•Preparation of detour drawing including signage's as per Ministry of Transport guidelines.
•Preparation of monthly HSE reports for supervision consultant and client.
•Carry out site safety inspections and preparing reports and submitting to site management for rectification.
•Monitoring any violation or deviation from safety plan at site.
•Ensure that client health, safety and environment rules and regulations are followed at site.
•Advising site management in all safety related matters.
•Ensure permit to work procedure and control measures are followed properly at site.
•First Aid box inspection & records.
•Fire extinguisher inspection & records.
•Identification of unsafe act and condition.
•Reporting near miss and taking control measures.
•To prepare the checklists for all type of power tools, hand tools and equipment's.
•To promote HSE awareness among the all workforce at site through HSE trainings, HSE bulletins and handout.
•Control the work at height hazards.
•Ensure Fire prevention and firefighting drills conduct on site.
•Safety Inspections of Work place, Scafolding & other hazardous materials at site. .
• Carry out site safety inspections and preparing reports and submitting to site management for rectification.
• Monitoring any violation or deviation from safety plan at site.
• Ensure that client health, safety and environment rules and regulations are followed at site.
• Advising site management in all safety related matters.
