- Working on Dahlander Motors, Squirrel Cage Rotors, 2-wires to 9-wires pumps/motors/vibrators of rating capacity from 0.10KW to 250KW.
- Proficiently read and interpret electrical blueprints, SLD and manuals to diagnose faults of PLCs, HMI and Profibus Interfaces.
- Operate, troubleshoot mechanically/electrically and produce distinct thermoplastic sheets from most advanced Italian origin Single Extruder Extrusion Machine Line.
- Responsible for underground Power distribution, MDB and control panels termination, building Lighting and Fire Alarm, Production machines interconnections, I&C of newly set up plants of Micro Powder Grinding Mills, Plastic Washing Lines and Pyrolysis, successfully errected, tested and commissioned all plants with their respective International Vendor(s) Engineer(s).
- Ensuring all industrial plants facilities maintenance, modifications and upgradations to increase production & minimize downtime.
- Expanding more proficiency in Fire Fighting System and Oil /Gas Fired Industrial Boilers.
- Able to operate Fork-lift and Wheel Loader efficiently as and when required.

- Lead all MEP activities and maintenance (routine / preventive / breakdown) of machines, utilities and electrical systems for smooth functioning.
- Schedule routine inspection of plant to prevent breakdown.
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement implementation using proven methodology like ‘5S’, Kaizen and Lean techniques.
- Identify potential problems by effective trouble shooting, RCA & FMEA structures to resolve recurring issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure materials, supplies or equipment are readily and continuously available for workers to carry out production.
- Handle Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical breakdowns machines and plant equipments for minimum production losses.

 Swot engineering drawings, design LV switchgear assemblies/systems and associated equipment. (Form 1 to 4).
 Motif and coordinate electrical/electronic control and protection schemes including interfaces & interconnections for new, existing, retrofill and/or retrofit applications.
 Supervise maintenance & Installation activities on-floor & on-site in shutdowns.
 Provide technical assistance to customers & support Production & QA/QC teams for manufacturing excellence.
 Stipulate complete offer of LV switchgear supplies and electrical installation services to industrial, residential and commercial buildings.
 Proficient in Load calculation, Load distribution, Load balancing, power conversions, cable & component selection and machines cable tray sizing, routing and range of choice.
 Lead firm & manage projects single handedly including: initial quotation technical support, customer interaction/correspondence, Project planning, estimation of BOQ/BOM, production & on-site drawing/instruction packages, SCM, submittals, As-builts, documentation, project close-out and final job cost analysis.

 Supervise all satellite and IPTV channels.  Troubleshooting and repairing technical faults in Video switcher/Router/Servers, Video Conferences Unit Audio mixer, multi viewer, ENG Cameras, IFB systems, AV Converters & systems.  Ingest files and compile graphical interface & set-up audiovisual editing facilities in SDI, IP, SMPTE 2110, UHD, 4K, HDR. Maintaining and calibrating equipment(s) for video production, broadcast and satellite transmission and interactive media. Setting up audiovisual links between units in different locations. Minimize loss of service with alternate methods of service provision. Installing and testing new multimedia hardware, software and other digital broadcast technology systems of MCR, PCR and studio operations. Provide training for new operators.
