General Payroll Consulting, compensation & benefits.
Payroll Compliance, Efficiency & Integrity Reviews
Prepared, manage & control department expenditure within agreed budgets.
Manage, annual vacation as per pre-planned calendar
Productivity & cost per employee or per Payroll FTE
Reconciling payroll related GL accounts
Administrative policies, procedures & Implement an error measurement system
Handle all employee grievances
Manage company benefit programs
Government, legal and administration experience
Preparation of various MIS reports
Data Quality of Inputs to the Process
Review system, data & transactional Securities (confidentiality of relevant data)
Process Monthly Payroll and preparing the check lists as below:-
Manages and supervises the payroll processes
Ensures all payroll programs run properly, reviews various payroll reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processes.
Provides technical assistance to the payroll personnel and employees, which include answering payroll questions and resolving payment errors.
Verify issues regarding payment, vacation settlement amounts in advance, indemnity.
Managing administration of the employee life cycle from pre-hire to termination.
Working with the internal and external auditors in order to generate an audit report for the management that contains all the HR gaps, and recommendations for them, and ensure to close those gaps as recommended.
Ensure the generation of the HR reports that are required for the HR operation as well as for the management decision making by the correct requirements delivery, testing and ensuring the reports’ quality.
Coordinating & guiding visa and immigration process, visa planning, labor inspection and other labor law compliance.
Maintain comprehensive understanding of department's policies, procedures and department members. Set priorities independently, serve as a reference person for departments' request of information.
Review & audit the vacation planner with all Departments Managers.
Preparation of employee’s contracts & other correspondence in Arabic & English.
Being the super user for MENA Pay. Coordinating with programmers from MENA to fulfill or amend the MENA System as per our set requirements.
Group Life & Workmen's Compensation - coordinating with all enrollment, resignations & Accidents.
Assisting in arranging company accommodation for new recruits.
Prepare the annual staff party certificates, awards & gifts.
Carrying out the monthly Payroll.
Making leave and termination settlement according to company rules.
Preparation of employee’s contracts & other correspondence in Arabic & English.
Maintain of record of all Employees & Consumers.
Arranging & maintaining the necessary documents for transferring the Residency.
Administration preparing the employee residence Documents for Social Affair & Labour, Dept. of Immigration.
Applying for work visa and commercial visas to concerned ministries of Kuwait Government.
Maintain records of Employees & Consumers (accounts)
Coordinate with Consultants for any other requirement.
Coordinate with different companies for arranging Printing and Stationary.
Undertake data entry, employee residency detail in the Company system.
Carrying out the monthly Payroll manuals in excel sheet.
Manage administration of the employee life cycle from pre-hire to termination.
Updating all employee records
Preparation of employee’s contracts & other correspondence in Arabic & English.
Maintain the emergency and medical leave records. Hotel and Ticket booking for Consultants.
Maintain of record of Employees & Consumers.
Arranging the necessary documents for transferring the Residency.
Administration preparing the employee residence documents for Social Affair & Labour, Dept. of Immigration.
Applying for work visa and commercial visas to concerned ministries of Kuwait Government.
Make necessary arrangements to maintain the office.
Coordinate with Consultants for any other requirement.
Operational with Supervisory Control In the Kuwait Finance House, The Scientific Center & Al-Muthanna Complex project, Manage and control the department.
