Carry out Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on Etihad Airways fleet
Carry out multiple C checks (C1, C2 and C3) as a part of scheduled maintenance

Ensure all aircraft documentation and paper work is completed in timely manner.
Perform Aircraft Avionics system maintenance at the highest level in accordance with

Carried out 'A' checks, Non Routine Job Card, defect rectification, component repair and
replacement for various types of Aircraft such as A320 family, A330-200/300, B777-200/300
Monitor & ensure compliance with all applicable procedures for all technical staff within the
production department and identify/report all non-compliances with such procedures
Define & ensure a clear plan of action is in place, and that this action plan is clearly
communicated, understood, followed & executed by all involved staff.
Assume full responsibility during shift for the on-time performance of the fleet, and for the
department productivity for both line & light operations
Supervise MCC Coordinators & Technical Support Engineers by setting clear instructions and
priorities.
Continuously motivate, assist & correct as required all staff reporting (directly or indirectly)

Ensure correct and efficient shift handovers are done at all levels.
Organize & define the manpower task assignment in order to maximize productivity while
ensuring knowledge transfer between staff and continuous experience build-up is
