• Responsible for every aspect of Procurement of uPVC Profiles + accessories, Aluminium profiles + accessories, Paint system materials, consumables, Glass + Glass Accessories etc.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain best pricing structure, quality material & services.
• Ensure the execution of high purchasing standards i.e. right material, with right price at the right time.
• Prepare weekly report & submit it to the Managing Director.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts with an optimum mix of price & quality.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing & payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the vendors are commercially advantageous.
• Provide assistance to Estimation team in preparation of tenders & bids.
• Process purchase orders in line with the company policies & procedures ensuring all the necessary

Logistics
• Implementing standardized company side logistics processes & procedures to improve company profitability.

• Monitored the process scheduling to determine accuracy and compliance to established timelines with all the major suppliers by means of exceptional product knowledge of, Nissan (Arabian Automobiles), Toyota (Al Futtaim Motors), Daewoo (Al Yousuf Motors), Renault (United Diesel), Man (United Motors) etc.
• In-charge of material requirement planning, quality control, product identification and cost negotiation and prompt delivery.
• Handled a store for a fleet of 800 vehicles, accountable in storing the entire truck products of Nissan, Toyota, Daewoo, Renault and Man as per requirement. Reported to the Fleet Manager.
• Maintained right inventory, merchandized stocks in stores with impeccable product knowledge, constantly monitored stock performances and movement of products, suppliers and analyzed the ageing reports to liquidate the same.
• Acknowledged invoices and issued L.P.O's, recorded the item codes for the entire parts in assistance with the store’s team.
