(1) Project: Landscape & Irrigation IR-169 Landscape and Irrigation System for Interchange of Umm Suqeim Road with Al Khail Road and Part of Umm Suqeim Road, Dubai (UAE).
Client: Dubai Municipality (DM) Contractor: Proscape.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Inspection site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permanent works.
• Be familiar with project design drawings and specifications, and approved shop drawings.
• Inspect civil and structural works for irrigation pump room.
• Control the work quality for laying of irrigation lines as per project requirements.
• Conduct testing of high-pressure irrigation lines.
(1) Project: Infrastructure and Roads
Internal Roads & Infrastructure for Sector M20 and M25 in Musaffah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, (UAE).
Client: Abu Dhabi Munispality (ADM)
(2) Project: construction of Internal Roads and infrastructure for Additional.
Residential Plots at sector Z17-Z19-Z20 & Z26 in Mohammed Bin Zayed City in Abu Dhabi. Client: Abu Dhabi Municipality. Contractor: AL Jabber Transport & General Contracting LLC.
Project Cost: 86.4Millions.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Monitoring and supervising on site day to day activities.
• Supervise, inspect & approved project elements.
• Report directly to resident Engineer & Assistant resident Engineer on activities of contractor work as per daily program schedule.
• Received instruction from Project Management Team & ensure contractor Compliance.
• Advise contractor to ensure contract specification/ client directives are followed.
• Review of approval of material submittals/ shop drawing/ as built drawings.
• Monitoring quality control of all ongoing construction activities.
• Inspecting projects on site works (materials drainage, services/ utilities work, earth work, Concrete, curve stone fixation, etc. as per Abu Dhabi Municipality Contract specification and Traffic manual).
• The work also includes the provision of street lighting and completion of road utilities construction which is necessary as well as relevant coordination with authorities (Through ITAL CONSULT Electrical Engineer) to allow the development of the area.
(3)Project: Dueling of Madina Zayed to Ghayathi Road - E-13.
Client: Department of Transport Abu Dhabi (DOT) Contractor: AL Jabber Transport & General Contracting LLC.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Control, all the work ongoing at site.
• To check the Embankment work in Underpasses and over the main road.
• To control the Aggregate Base Course work according to the specification.
• To manage the asphalt work, asphalt base course, binder course and wearing course.
• To control the concrete work at mixing plant and over the site.
• To issue the site instructions and NCRs if required according to the rules.
