I have overall responsibility for running the business center profitably while driving the sales and operations. Mainly focused on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing
customers by delivering exceptional customer service, negotiating and increasing revenues for
meeting room.
Accountable for Centre profitability, center performance and the center’s success through P&L
(Profit & Loss) management. Play an important role in filtering and selection of new employees,
first round of interview, inducting and training, managing, motivating, leading and developing a
center team.
End to end sales cycle which flows from Enquiry, inspection, quote, negotiate and close including
renewal discussion and negotiations
