Responsibilities:
• To Prepare HVAC drawings Roof, Riser and floor drawings, chilled water pipe drawings by using AutoCAD
• To schedule machines like FAHU’s, FCU’s, AHU's and Pumps on the basis of heat load calculations from respective models like Blue Star, Voltas and Carrier.
• Site supervising to check fabrication of ducting / piping / insulations, installations of machines and fixing of grills / diffusers within design air flow rate.
• To Draft the Fire fighting System as per the design drawing and using NFPA codes
• UGT, Water Supply & Drainage System design following local municipal plumbing codes.
• To ensure that the work is completed in time with the given specifications and standards
• Ensure that all HVAC, plumbing and firefighting site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, and specification and work plan.
Responsibilities:
Analysing Customer 3D completely for any assembly problem.
Checking tolerances which were given by customer.
Checking feasibilities of machining and planning the sequence.
Drafting 3D model using Pro-e and Auto cad software.
Getting Customer Clearance, if any difficulties found in the Customer 3D Model.
