Assigned to deliver HPSM (HP Service Management) software to parent company Telekom Malaysia. As a Project Manager, Involved in defining the scope of work, controlling the project budget and also managing the resources assigned in the project. Coordinating and managing vendors involved in the project and manage the external consultants. Provide necessary and regular updates to the stakeholders on the progress of the project. Involved in presales and provide necessary information for Procurement department to churn RFP and RFQs.

Implementing PMO methodologies to VADS in delivering the projects to its customers. Develop necessary templates for the Project Managers to deliver their project smoothly in accordance to PMI standards.

Projects Implemented:

Implementation of HPSM.
Implement and roll out HP service Management software for Telekom Malaysia Call center. Coordinate with application vendors and resources to record the as is processes and fill in the gaps in process. Tracking of cost and expenses of the project.
Implementation of Private Cloud for TM GIT:
This project is to implement Cloud infrastructure for TM. To setup a new cloud infrastructure and to migrate the existing services and application from physical infrastructure to Cloud infra.
Communicates and coordinate project activities with different vendors and resources.updates the stake holders like CEO, CIO and Group IT vp on project progress.
MISC IP TELEPHONY AND VIDEO CONFERENCING UPGRADE:
The project is initiated due to end-of hardware and software support of the current IP Telephony System and Video Conferencing infrastructure. At the completion of this project, MISC will be able to communicate with their AET(American Express Tanker a subsidiary of MISC) offices located globally with high resolution Video conferencing and also high end voice conferencing. This project will enables and increases the volume and quality of the conference calls within the organization.
IMPLEMENTATION OF SUGAR CRM FOR KUMPULAN WANG PERSARAAN(NATIONAL PENSIONER FUND)
As a project manager for this project, I am involved in implementation life cycle for this project. Involved in finalizing the software requirements from all levels of users within KWAP. Identify the gaps, risks and issues related to their current working processes and recommend improvements with build in functions of Sugar CRM. Integrating the CRM with other external systems like PABX QMS(Que Management System) and the backend core system with recommended APIs.
