• Implemented the New Layout for Produce, Hot Food, Meat, Deli as per customer flow with keeping in consideration of range rationalization as per customers profile. Which resulted in 6% Growth of complete fresh Food Department and 3% growth of overall store.
• To ensure that all the department house keeping are upto the highest standard. Asssisting Department Managers in their day to day task and understanding and fulfilling their needs. Leading the team by example.
• Meeting with our valued customers in store and taking their feedback whether negative or positive to ensure we can always improve our service and standard based on customers feedback.
• Maintain the HACCP standards required for the everyday operation of store which is HACCP certified.
• Overall responsibility for financial target of all fresh department, property, equipments, staff & Customer Satisfaction and the store.
• Taking the responsibilities of main store Manager on his absence and full in charge of the store in the evening shift.
• Close monitoring of all merchandiser and salesman as well as staff for the smooth function of store.
• Monitors availability and carry out the orders from local, foreign supplier, and warehouse items as per store requirements.
• Understanding SOP (Standard Operating Procedure ) as per Dubai Municipality and applying as per business need.
• Training of staff for HACCP registration gear up.
