Well versed with technical knowledge about operations and maintenance of Air separation Plant, handling of specialty& medical gases.
To support the management in both technical & managerial issues.
Command over 520 TPD Plant for “Cryogenic distillation” process for production of Oxygen and nitrogen gaseous and liquid states and well versed with the Engineering Standards, Plant drawings PID's and PFD's.
To use decision making & analytic-al abilities and handle the trouble shootings of process.
To ensure the continuous supply of gases while consuming optimum consumption of utilities i.e. Electricity, steam and water.
To monitor operations and maintenance of industrial & seawater system in the process.
To improve the process design and development through latest techniques.
To achieve the plant’s production targets especially for steel making deptt.
To generate daily performance report DPR, weekly and monthly activity reports MARs as well as Annual finished stock movement statement.
Start up / commissioning and shutdown (from hot to cold and back to hot state of the Plant) and selection of mode of operation.
To manage the operations work and implementation of schedules for the Capital repair and PPM schedules for process equipments mainly, Cold Box and related accessories, Centrifugal Air Compressors (42500 m3/hr), Expansion, Turbines (3500-4500 m3/hr), Reciprocating Oxygen Compressors (5500m3/hr), Process Heat Exchangers.
To carry out “Internal Audits” on quarterly basis ISO-9000, ISO-14000, SA-8000, and OHSAS-18001 also to coordinate with External Auditors on annual ISO-Plant Audit.
Involved in planning & coordination for the implementation of engineering projects as “Project Coordinator”.
As HSE Engineer i am responsible for supporting the development of Risk Assessments, method statements and safe system of work as well as assuring their implementation.
My Responsibilities are to supervise project as HSE Engineer and to support, develop and imllementation of Risk management program under HSE Plan.
