Managing various aspects of software project life cycle from scope of work through the provision of deliverables, follow up & relationship management with the team and clients.

Writing proposal for government tender such as PSEB Website Portal, This is the most challenging task for me as I never have written down the government tenders before. Successfully submission of the proposal on time, now shortlisting of the proposal, second milestone in this project to get shortlisted for the technical bid in order to submit the proposal presentation need to be given to PSEB Islamabad.
