➢ Duties & Responsibilities

✓ Prepares & reports all QA/QC concerns to QA/QC manager.
✓ Daily monitoring, inspection & reporting of all construction and civil activities with regards to Quality.
✓ Verifying site activities to ensure that all works will be done as per Standards and IFC Drawings.


✓ Responsible to check the form works, steel reinforcements, re-bars bending, protective coverings & related activities prior to concrete pouring.
✓ Responsible to check & verify the backfilling, soil compacting, watering & related activities to ensure that it will meet the required compaction percentage.
✓ Prepare daily reports & necessary documents using the approved QA/QC forms for filling & auditing purposes.
✓ Ensure conformance of the works as per engineering Standards.
✓ Ensure to coordinate & discuss with the project Inspectors & site Superintendent regarding QA/QC issues of all project activities.
✓ Inspection, check & monitor the grouting activities before, during & after placement to ensure that the work will be done as per related procedures.
✓ Check & verify the mixed design proportions for both ready & dry mixed supplies to ensure that it will follows the approved concrete mixed design procedure prior to concrete pouring.
✓ Check & verify the proper asphalt mixed design to ensure that it will follows the approved asphalt mixed procedure prior to asphalt lying.
✓ Reviews, check & updating project plans & drawings as required.
✓ Responsible to prepare & issue non-Conformance reports (NCR) whenever it is necessary.

➢ Duties & Responsibilities


✓ Responsible for all of QA / QC Civil related activities.
✓ Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs
✓ Making of all the Reporting and Quality protocols needed to administrate work properly.
✓ To coordinate with the Project Manager, submitting Progress reports on daily and weekly basis and to direct discuss the issues with Project Manager Etc.
✓ Checking of bar bending schedules, running invoices and other documents submitted by the contractor.
✓ Making presentations of work at different phases of projects using MS Project and MS Power point.
