 Maximize sales and new account development by cultivating customer relationships. Coordinate deliveries and maintenance orders. Monitor inventory levels and place orders with vendors to ensure meeting projected sales and deliveries. Arrange inbound and outbound freight appointments focused on meeting client deadlines, inventory levels, and service agreements.

 Generated additional business by informing existing clients of enhanced products and services

 Built new business by prospecting and making cold calls/site visits.

 Developed catalogs, quotes, and product information, which demonstrated enhanced product and service offerings.

 Processed payments, updated monthly statements, and collected funds on delinquent accounts.

 Coordinating with operation and sales team in preparing quotations, sales order, sales invoice and delivery note.

 Reorganized the warehouse and revamped processes to accommodate pre-purchase of six months of inventory.

 Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

 Providing satisfactory service to the clients.
