• Installation, On-Site Maintenance and Trouble shooting of Multi-functional Office Automation products viz RICOH, Brother, HP on different networks and on various platforms viz Windows 2003 server, Windows NT, 2000, XP, Desktops.
• Configuring the MFPs for Scan to FTP servers and mail servers.
• On-Site troubleshooting of networking issues.
• Design Solutions for customers, based on their network topology for installation of MFP in their network.

· Installation, Maintenance and Servicing of Digital Multifunctional Products (MFPs) viz NETWORK PRINTERS, FAX, SCANNERS AND COPIERS of International brands viz RICOH, MITA AND KONICA.

· Job involves successful installation/configuration of these machines in the existing network of our clients. Configuration of SMTP, FTP servers according to the MFPs, configuration of Scan-to-email and Scan-to-mail servers services and Scan-to-FTP.

· Ensuring complete customer satisfaction and a good and healthy customer-company relationship by providing Total Quality Management for products supplied and thereby achieving monthly sales target of SR 20, 000.00 from sales of spares and consumables of the machines supplied. Clientele includes Saudi Railways, Government Establishments, etc.

· Installation of facsimile machines of brands viz PANASONIC, SHARP, HP, CANON, BROTHER. Job also required Maintenance, Servicing and Assembling of PCs, Installation of OS, MS-office, Configuration of mail servers for Microsoft Outlook and Outlook express 2000 and 2003.

· Besides, the job included selling/renewing of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMCs) to new/existing customers, Achieving & maintaining a monthly sales target from sales of AMCs and Office Automation equipments. My clientele list included Mumbai International Airport, DC Designs, Sahara Pariwar group, British Airways, etc
