This exposure familiarized me with the practical aspects of managing suppliers and indenters comprehensively, increasing my negotiation and communication expertise and implementing purchase control procedures to improve procurement practices and techniques.

I also look after the whole range of operational activities from purchase requisition to purchase order using Oracle 11i as the ERP System. My goal here is to make the procedures system dependent rather than individual dependent. Negotiating and building healthy relationships with suppliers, inspecting and monitoring monthly shipments and claims, and finding multiple sources for import items are also a key areas under my KPIs.
