Working as Operations Manager in Managed Services and responsible for Intelligent Networks operations on Telenor Pakistan project catering to over 40M subscribers.

Planning and monitoring system upgrades.
Liaising with SLM (CARE) for critical fault handling and resolution.

Worked as Solution Architect/IN Design Consultant for Huawei STC NGIN/Mobile VAS Project.
Main responsibilities are appended below;
RFP/RFQ evaluation and drafting Technical Proposal (TP) based on RFP.
Statement of Compliance (SOC) evaluation and verification.
Statement of Work (SoW) drafting and Sign Off with STC.
High Level Design (HLD) Preparation, Review and Sign Off.
PAT/UAT/ATP Documentation Review and Acceptance.
Coordination with STC IN Design Team for Requirement Gathering and Solution Design.

Performed if not coordinated with Support in Implementing Software Updates for IN @vantage (SUF, Hotpatch, etc.), ServiceXpress (SX), EservGlobal (Ferma) Platforms and services.

Worked as IN Team Lead in Technical Support Department (TSD) of Application and Software Domain (A&S) and responsible for Intelligent Network operations and support for PTCL CIN Project. Main responsibilities are appended below;
System analysis and design.
Planning and executing system upgrades.
Performed IIN to ENIP platform upgrade and Service Upgrade (PPS, VPN, WIPT, FPH) on 6 SCP platforms in a single night in coordination with remote HQ and R&D support.
Liaising with regional, HQ and R&D SME’s for critical fault handling and resolution.

Worked as Executive IN Engineer in Technical Support Department (TSD) of Application and Software Domain (A&S) and responsible for Intelligent Network operations and support for multiple telecom operators in Pakistan including PTML Ufone, SCO GSM and PTCL Wireless.
