• Exchange/Office 365 support, maintenance and administration (Account provisioning, distribution group creation, MFA administration)

Petrofac is a leading international service provider to the oil and gas production and processing industry. As a System Administrator I was responsible for providing effective IT assistance for the Upper Zakum Artificial Island project in Abu Dhabi.
• Real time ticket entry by utilizing, monitoring, and managing ServiceNow ticketing System.
• Coordination with the ADNOC IT team for setting up the IT infrastructure for the project management team.
