Working with Proscient ISSOW permit system and IBMs Maximo for asset management.
DCS Engineer. Incharge for a Control room for all DCS ESD related activites like Loop Check, Commissioning, DCS and Instrument Configurations.
Implement new control philosophy, Support for start up and Commissioning
Whole Responsibility for Instrumentation in an EPIC Project including
Verification and confirmation of Engineering details, documents.
Procurement, Installation, Commissioning and Hand over
Reporting to Project Engineer / Manager
Weekly meetings with client for progress report and technical clarifications
Loop and function test of SRU unit, BMS, Claus Blower, Incinerator Blower, Inline burner and other instrumentation system such as DVC, SDV, EDSV, Fisher & Metso Control valves, Rosemount Transmitters, E&H Radar Transmitter, Mass flow meter.
Done Commissioning and Startup Activities for Kobelco Claus Blower, Zeeco Incinerator Burner, Duiker Inline burner
Preparation of loop packages for loop checking and pre-commissioning activities
Done Site Acceptance Test for Power Cabinets, Fiber Optic communication network, DCS system cabinets, IPS, HIPPS, FGS system, Engineering workstation and console, Bently Nevada MMS, Interposing Relay Panel.
Coordinate with Company and Contractor for speedy completion and
trouble shooting of loops.
Having experience in Delta V (Ver. 9.3) Distributed Control System with Foundation Field Bus (FF) (Product of Emerson Process Management System) in Qatar Gas II project.
Having good practical experience in the field of Electronics, Software and Instrumentation
Having good knowledge in all kind of field instruments
Expert in RS232/RS485/RS422 Modbus Applications
Installation & Commissioning of Emerson Delta V DCS
Experience in installation and configuration of AMS system software, installation of Multiplexers (pepperl + Futches, MTL) for HART transmitters
Configuration of Multiplexers to communicate with AMS system and connecting HART Transmitters with the system.
Connecting Delta V FF devices with AMS and configuration of Field Bus instruments, Digital Valve Controllers (DVC)
