The Business Developer will perform the following job duties and responsibilities:
• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
• Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met.
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
• Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
• Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
• Perform any other related duties as per assigned by the management

1. assisting the sales manger in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
2. assist the sales manger in revising the implementiong the sales strategies plans.
3. assist the sales manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
4. assist the sales manger in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customer.

7.handling customer issues, resoluation and communicate escalated issues to the sales manager.

15.teaching best practices and drive enrolments.
16.meeting regularly with sales manger and provide details reporting on the overall performance of the team.
17.working individually with sales Reps to educate them on the customer docused selling model.
18.outlining and delivering performance improvement plans and year end performance reviews to slaes Reps.
19.monitoring and tracking adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback.
20. reviewing daily reports to diagnose excellence and area of improvement that affect individual and team performance.

• Arranging the training that has been offered to the customers.
• Interviewing the trainee and his ability to deliver the course in best way
• Ordering all the training materials on the best way of printing
• Arranging for the final online test for the participants in the training
• And then delivering the certificates.

• Care coordinator /Asiacell project /admin: Job Description:
• Playing the admin role in all the used tools to control the care business (BMC
software, NOls)
• Tracking all the tickets that have been opened for the customer and pushing the engineers to close it within the agreed time with best solution.

• QC creation and placing all the SI and PCI
• Placing the order and DL creation
• Having the invoice created and share them with customer.
• Updating the positive list in SAP and sharing the same with team member.
