 Store & Staff Management:

• Handling the Shop in the Absence of the Supervisor.
• Led and motivating the store team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Responding to customer complaints and their suggestions for future amendments.
• Taking initiatives to improve the business from time to time requirement.
• Monitoring the sales floor regularly, talking to staff and customers, and identifying and resolving urgent issues.

• Stock consolidation and optimization by knowing the high performers and low performers and by analyzing the sales figures and DOI of the shop.

 Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain an enriched database of existing customers and new potential customers.
• Utilize this database to regularly touch base with clients about new arrivals, promotions, fixing exclusive appointments etc.
• Take luxury to the door step of clients by doing home shopping assignments.
• Create a ‘wow’ experience by pampering top clients on their birthdays.

 Cash Management
• Manage petty cash expenses within budgets.
• Ensure that there is no discrepancy in cash or credit card settlement.
• Deposit sale cash and send the relevant reports to accounts department.

 Visual merchandising
• Follow the visual guidelines standards prescribed by the brand.
• Creatively dress the mannequin to boost sales.
• Send requisition to the HO to replenish VM props & other consumables on time.
