Still working with Sultan Telecom Bahrain co. WLL as Site Planner & Engineer OSP (MOC GPON Project).
Responsible for the Quality control and Acceptance procedures for the GPON/ FTTH Outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP). Responsible for network implementation Quality to ensure all acceptance tasks are executed in line with project plans and client requirements.
Having exposure of Optical fiber and copper network.
Gained experience in Network Constructions Planning, Quality management, Corporate Client connectivity etc.
Expertise in planning of expansions, implementation, technical coordination and site surveying.
An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, logical thinking & analytical abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:Conduct survey of sites and Preparation of required drawing, cost Analysis for OSP.
Ensuring 100% HFC networks modernization in Micro Station,
Transport route or Underground route entered in Micro Station, AutoCAD.
Responsible for all UGIS activities like Network Installation & Power distribution,
Installation of Poles, Amplifiers, PMDs, Coax cables, Couplers and other required equipment’s,
Maintain the frequency of the network according to norms,
Generate BoM and Cost Estimation & Quality Control validation tool,
Validate survey reports and site design,
Update/ Reserve physical Inventory in system,
Fiber annotation and As-built updating.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Ensuring 100% telecom network updating in Auto CAD
•The details given in PLR like cables, poles, terminals, devices like SAI, Load Coils (LCC), Repeaters and Appeases etc.
•Are migrated to the nearest land base given by the Clint. In this project GEO location is very important.
•Copper network (Managing copper cable -placing, changing cable annotation, line of count, copper and Fiber splice Placing, Terminal Enclosure setup, CRV setup, connecting a copper pair, Tracing a Network viewing and handling the data of Transport route,
•Resolving the jumping error of the port.
•Handling Different Software like CAF Flow (Database of customers), GIS (Network related Query and Network Status),
•Are migrated to the nearest land base given by the Clint. In this project GEO location is very important.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Merging outside plant facilities of the Bell South Telecom in Micro station.
•The facility includes different types of cables, poles, terminals and devices etc.
•Ensuring 100% telecom network updating in Auto CAD
•The details given in PLR like cables, poles, terminals, devices like SAI, Load Coils (LCC), Repeaters and Appeases etc.
•Responsible for all UGIS activities like Network creation (DLC, Pillar, Sub Pillar Distribution, Pillar FTTB) faulty tag updating & CAF provisioning,
•Copper network (Managing copper cable -placing, changing cable annotation, line of count, copper and Fiber splice Placing, Terminal Enclosure setup, CRV setup, connecting a copper pair, Tracing a Network viewing and handling the data of Transport route,
•Resolving the jumping error of the port.
