Duties and Responsibilities
•Prioritize & schedule the pending Jobs/Projects
•Preliminary design & estimate of the following Fire Protection Systems:-Fire Pump, Fire Fighting (Dry & Wet), Sprinkler, Deluge (Pre-action & Foam), Gas Fire Suppression for Residential buildings/Towers, Commercial Buildings/Towers, Residential combined with Commercial Buildings/Towers, Industries, Warehouses
•Prepare Material/Equipment/System take off, Costing & Engineering Economics of project
•Making Value Engineering of project
•Making Fire Protection Engineering Quotation of the projects based on Drawings, Specifications & Vendor List provided by clients/contractors
•Purpose the alternative Designs & Quotations for the projects as per minimum requirement of Local Civil Defence and as per NFPA requirement regardless of Drawings, Specification & Manufacturing List provided by clients/contractors to get the project with lowest bid price
•Send the Enquiry to Sub-contractors to get Quotation for Installation of the material and negotiate with them
•Float the Enquiry of the product/item/equipment/system to local supplier and negotiate with them
