Develop and implement HR policies and strategies align with the organization's goals and objective
• Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
• Identify training needs, conduct orientation training, coordinate training programs, and support employees' professional growth
• Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances
• Prepare payroll, compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits packages. Stay up-to-date with industry compensation trends
• Oversee employee development and performance management programs. Identify high potential employees and create succession plan
• Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Keep records and files related to compliance activities
• Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to streamline HR processes, manage data, and generate reports
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's goals and objectives
• Maintain the end-to-end scheduling and monitoring the procession of
resignations, terminations, downsizing, organizational restructuring etc.

• Process and manage employees on-boarding, training & development, performance management, employee relation, disciplinary & grievance issues, resignation, termination/end of contract, end of service benefits
• Work with senior management to create HR policies and procedures
• Serve as first point of contact for virtual and onsite employees inquiries
• Manage payroll, Master List, annual leave tracker, duty resumption, employee ID
• Create and submit report on general HR activities
• Provide administrative support including prepare correspondence, presentations, filing, record, and timekeeping
• Ensure the efficient operation of the office by overseeing day-to day activities and administrative tasks.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
• Prepare expense reports and process reimbursement requests
• Book travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Assist with HR-related tasks, such as new employee onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
