➢ Processing of monthly payroll and secondary payroll in accurate and timely manner in accordance with established policies and procedures and confidentiality at all times
➢ Reconcile payroll of the current month with the previous month.
➢ Human Resources focal point in HRMS implementation.
➢ Preparation of Manpower budget in co ordination with other departments.
➢ Co ordination with other departments in manpower establishment.
➢ Generate reports and analysis pertaining to payroll as required
➢ Implement company policies and procedures and payroll business process
➢ Formulating plans and strategies to enable the organization to attract and retain adequate workforce.
➢ Monitor the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs within budget and attracting and retaining staff.
➢ Conduct periodical benchmarking and surveys and propose changes in order to ensure that the company's compensation and reward systems are adequate, competitive and cost effective.
➢ Implementation of new benefit packages, ensuring that they are competitive with the market and in line with Company's policies and procedures.
➢ Prepare the annual merit increment and bonus calculations and reports for management approval in accordance with company policies
➢ Verification of personnel actions such as transfers, promotions, upgrading, contract change, family status change and end of services to ensure that the proposed entitlements / actions are in line with approved Personnel Policies & Procedures.
➢ Analyzing the newly created jobs and in case of enhancements of jobs
➢ Perform job evaluation for new and revised job descriptions in order to determine the adequate grading and compensation level using the Hay methodology
➢ Compilation and reporting of Performance Appraisal of Employees to the management.
➢ Develop personnel record system, ensuring maximum confidentiality in accordance with current legislation.
➢ Ensure Maintenance and updating of employee records held physically in Personnel files and/or electronically in HR Information systems to ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
➢ Maintain and safe keep all approved documents in order to protect them from loss or damage
➢ Develop adequate filling system to ensure easy retrieval of approved documents and working files when ever needed
➢ Carry out employee disciplinary investigations and grievance case studies to identify the root causes of reported problems and suggest appropriate course of action as per the Personnel Policies & Procedures.
➢ Administration and documentation of Employee Relations and Disciplinary Actions / Investigations, ensuring compliance with the guidelines set forth in Personnel Policy and Procedures.
➢ Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports and statistics on personnel matters to update superiors on personnel activities.
