Responsible for the daily operations, reporting to the branch manager/operations manager, carrying out operational activities such as inventory control, carrying out monthly inventory, staff briefing, dealing with guest complaints & take corrective actions, staff schedule, carrying out training for the staff time to time, market study, ensure smooth operation of the café as being a shift in-charge.
Responsible for F&B Service outlet duties, menu merchandising, up selling, guest satisfaction, carrying out the management objectives into success.

Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
