• Various types of products are handled, including mechanical seals for Rotating Equipment, Gland Packings for Stationary and Rotating Equipment, Gaskets, Polymer seals for cylinders and gearboxes, Industrial Lubricants, Protective Coatings - to prevent corrosion, erosion and abrasion of metals.
• Have attended various trainings for the sealing devices in different countries, including the new technology and installation for the Gland Packing and Mechanical Seals. Certified as an applicator and specialist of protective coatings.
• Working with a wide variety of clients including oil and gas, petrochemicals, power plants, desalination plants, food industries, sugar industries, and gypsum companies, among others.
• Covering the entire western region of Saudi Arabia including Jeddah, Rabigh, Yanbu, Umluj, Al Wajh, Duba and Tabuk to meet with clients and visit them individually on a periodic basis to analyze, study the requirements, enhance the reliability of the equipment, and provide a comprehensive solution to their concerns.
• Establish the need for the product, explain the concept with technical support, such as presentations, drawings and case histories, to increase their MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) into MTBR (Mean Time Between Repair).
• Following the technical explanation to the customer, create the quote with technical specifications and provide regular updates to the customer.
• Having a good knowledge in maintaining and analyzing all the online platform to quote and checking them parodically in order to keep track of all the orders.
• Highly knowledge about the product and effective at communicating the advantage of our product, which aids in their comprehension of the cost-benefit analysis.
• Check with the end-user about the equipment, get all the necessary information's and provide a timely solution.
• Inspect the root cause and provide a technical support to the customers.
• Understand their requirement by analyzing the technical datasheet and technical drawings.
