- Work closely with other teams to execute coordinated strategic campaigns.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on existing User Acquisition projects, techniques and
tools.
- Produce weekly reports containing analysis, surfacing trends and recommending areas for
improvement.
- Launch mobile and web campaigns across multiple ad networks and platforms (iOS, Google
Play, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Networks, Affiliates etc.).
- Monitor day-to-day results for all paid media programs, and make changes required to hit
campaign targets.
- Carry out retargeting campaigns on web and mobile to bring back anyone that has visited the
apps on the web or mobile.
- Track ads spend across top social platforms and ad networks.
- Responsible for setting up DeltaDNA promotions per details of Data Analyst.
- Assist with creation, deployment, digital promotion, results and fulfilment for online
promotions.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on existing User Acquisition projects, techniques and
tools.
- Analyse marketing performance and ROI by reporting on acquisition costs of acquired
traffic (conversion rates, traffic, and retention).
- Responsible for email shots for both existing users and retargeting churned users.
- Responsible for reporting daily tracking sheet, and other related sheets.
- Carry out creative optimisation on a weekly basis to ensure the highest performing creatives
are getting all the budget.
- Responsible for ASO for app and Google Play store.
- Responsible for SEO for all web applications.
- Launch mobile and web campaigns on Snapchat.
DATA & ANALYTICS:
- Track and report performance metrics related to marketing department goals.
- Analyse content and branding projects performance and propose strategies for growth.
- Utilise internal and external data sources for development of reports, sales and marketing material, and product support.
PUBLIC RELATIONS:
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.
- Liaising with media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email.
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media.
- Collating and analysing media coverage.
- Writing and editing case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.
- Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities.
CONTENT:
- Assist in writing blogs, career articles, research papers, press releases, e-books, brochures, webinar scripts, poll questions, infographic scripts, etc.
- Reach out to and conduct interviews with leading businesses and individuals for collaboration
- Create videos on YouTube with career guides
- Assist in maintaining content, research, and poll calendars
- Ensure that all content on Bayt.com is up-to-date and friendly.
- Assist in inter departmental content for Bayt.com and rewriting sales material.
BRANDING:
- Spread Bayt.com content around the Web and across print.
- Innovate and create new means and story tools to drive engagement to the blog and the website.
- Help in branding Bayt.com as the top career brand regionally and internationally through content production.
- Lead and create projects to increase Bayt.com brand reach.
- Present content in universities when necessary.
- Strategically find and handle business development opportunities.
SOCIAL MEDIA:
- Assist in handling social media channels.
- Assist in handing feedback and community management.
- Help come up with ideas and solutions for SM competitions.
CAREER SITE:
- Assist in user experience and website language.
- Assist in enhancing the blog and reporting bugs and malfunctions.
- Overhaul both structure and content of Career Guides section by adding recent additions to Bayt.com functionality like Public, Specialties, etc.
- Induce help of design to create how-to visuals for jobseekers that have potential to go viral.
