Employing around 150 Employees. Job nature Procurement, Contracts, Sub Contracts, Logistics, Project Planning & Execution activities. Working as Procurement Officer.
Procurement Tasks:-
•Materials Requirement &Procurement Scope Analysis.
•Procurement Budget Analysis based on project materials budget.
•Sourcing and Selection of Vendors, to develop partner relationships.
•Preparation of an approved vendor list.
•Prepare RFQ, RFP based on Material Requisition(MR)
•Review vendor responses for compliance with technical requirements.
•Perform pricing comparison analysis, commercially evaluate.
•Conduct commercial negotiation and conclude on techno commercial suits.
•Prepare Orders confirmations.
•Payment Transactions, Cash Purchases, Letter of Credit.
•Imports, Exports, Logistics, Warehouse & Stores Management Document control & Progressive project reports
•Cooperate and activate the Category Buyers, to achieve Site planned goal
•Adhere to established company policies, procedures, terms and conditions and legal matters that affect purchasing policies
•Oversees Purchasing and Warehouse operations for compliance.
•Establish and implement methods and best practices related to the systems and
Process that support inventory forecasting, purchasing, and material control.
