Analyzed network load, monitored backup and recovery mechanisms, enforced established policies to avoid network downtime and incidents. Performed tuning, hardware upgrades, and optimization of the infrastructure resources.
* Configured and troubleshot network/system infrastructure and security devices, applications, and protocols in the Network Operations Center (NOC), for data/voice/video services. Administered core network comprised of Cisco 7200 series routers, catalyst 3600/3750 series switches and DOCSIS broadband routers by Big Band(TM), ARRIS(TM).

Hired to be part of 24/7/365 network of service provider operations team with accountability for monitoring the operations of network and system to ensure proper utilization of network resources.
* Administered and monitored Cisco routers, Catalyst Layer 2/3 switches, broadband routers, E3 circuits, STM-1/Gigabit links and tuning network elements for optimal performance. Coordinated with corporate clients, having layer-3 WAN connectivity with the company.
