CV screening and interviewing applicants; orienting new employees; visa processing etc.
Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and updates management about staff appointments
Arranging tickets for new employees joining from overseas, employees applied for vacation / terminated from the company.
Receives and tracks employment applications.
Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly.
Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires.
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Completes other tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager and the Management.

Enters new hire information in the human resource system database.
Ensures that employee files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.
Obtains and conveys information as needed.
Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
Stays well informed regarding human resource developments.
Completes other tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager and the Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
To prepare profit & loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
Monitor & review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manuel filing systems.
Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary recommendations, other administrative actions.
Responsible for call management both inbound and outbound. Some times \[International calls support and tracking\].
Co-ordinate for house keeping team, pantry services & in-house admin activities.
Maintaining of Attendance / Leave Record.
Posting Absence list in Info Base.
Other duties as assigned.

Updating Tally 9 with all the invoices and transactions.
Attending visitors and other routine administrative work.
Co-ordinate for house keeping team, pantry services & in-house admin activities.
