Vijay Arabia Fire & Security Systems WLL (VASS) is joint venture Company of Al Jaber group,
Qatar and Vijay group, India that is a leading integrated fire & security Specialist Company executes
turnkey fire fighting projects. VASS is distributor for SPP Pumps, VSE, Viking, Siemens, Al Jazeera
and Chemgard for Pumps, fireproof paints & fire stopping material, sprinkler & valves, Gas
suppression system FM200/NOVEC, Pipes and Foam respectively. The group has successfully
completed over 3, 500 projects with over 60 projects in Middle East alone.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to General Manager, preparing monthly MIS report & forecast, develop the annual
sales & marketing budgets for the division.
- Management of the sales process and lead all sales activities of trading and contracting for fire
alarm, firefighting Spp Pumps and fire stopping businesses.
- Develop clientele base, provide presentation and maintain relationship with major high
value/premium M.E.P Contractors, Main Contractors, Consultants, project management
consultants of commercial and Industrial projects.
- To get Company and product prequalification approval from government authorities like
Kahramaa, QP, New Port Project, Al Udeid Base, msheireb Properties, Qatar
Foundation, Rail ect.
- Manage the day-to-day high volume activity standards for prospecting calls, sales lead,
appointments, presentations, inquires, proposals and closes of a sales team ensuring KPI’s
meets or exceeds customer and sales goal expectations.
- Ability to close deal by reviewing, negotiating the commercial sub contracts and payment terms
in line with the company policy.
- Establishing and maintaining a relationship with the principals.
- Conducting thorough marketing activities ranging from: presentations, seminars, and
exhibitions like Qatar civil defence exhibition.

o In short span of four year made dent in the fire protection industry by getting major prestigious
projects like Qatar Rail (Green, gold & Red line), Doha Land, New Doha Port (Package
26, 12, 13, 57, 67) New Doha International Airport and US Base, Sidra Hospital.
