• Actively prospect new clients and maintain and enhance relationship with existing customers and converted non performing accounts through business development and continuous follow ups
• Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
• Coordinate closely with underwriting team by giving full details additional feedback on client’s expectation in order to close a deal
• Specialized in answering any queries related to medical and other general insurance, conducting presentation for renewals and new business.
• Check accounts and initiate action if they are overdrawn without arrangement or are in excess of agreed arrangements.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers, establishing their needs and advising on the suitability of services.
• Manage and support staff and facilitate appropriate continuing professional development (CPD).
• Communicate implementing and monitoring compliance with corporate standards and procedures.
• Listing of good companies with the bank to get bulk business and good quality of applications out of those know companies to the bank to reduce fraudulent activities.
• Monitoring Team on Product knowledge & communications for the Process.
• Weekly reports preparation and report to Process Manager.
• As Quality Analyst always coordinating small process training and updates.
• Following proper policies and procedures incase an Agent not improving in performance as per Quality parameters.
• Handling Team leaders in Meeting Operational Deadlines and AHT & DAT etc.
