I am the head of the international programs department. My roles are:
1 Educate international students whose in IG and SAT programs.

My role was answering the inquires of the customers and solve the problems that they face in their order.
I worked on inbound, outbound, and chat system.
I have worked for 6 months in a project for umniah company, it was an installation and implementation for camera's system and finger print devices to a public sector schools.
