• Any cases of incorrect material or workmanship should report to the Project Manager and a site instruction issued immediately with a copy to Project Manager.
• Review and approve site quality control procedures.
• Check that work at site complies with the agreed procedures and safe work practices.
• Liaise directly with the contractor's representative on site regarding all matters related to execution of the works, changes unidentified risks, potential delays and any other matter that might impact completion of the works in accordance with the contracts.
