Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Involved at the work during the test pile work - Responsible for the marking and execution of the Piling & structural work as per the Specification.
2. Review the Design, Material specification, material takes off, Scope of work, Technical reports, inter discipline and supervision and ensure their compliance to project and client specification.
3. Liaise with the contractor’s team for the Reinforcement detailing and concrete requirement for the pile work.
4.Ensuring safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the site.
5.Involved in Working and reaction piles work, and setup making for the Static pile load test and mobilization of the vehicles for the site.
6. Maintaining the borer log data, Site data sheet, Safety log data of heavy machines working sheet and labour data.

Project Description :-
The project area having approx. 1.51 Lakhs Sq.ft with 234 Apartments. The Site location is in Mugalivakkam.
We have completed the 722nos Piles in 40 working days in rotating shifts which includes dia of 450mm, 500mm, and 600mm with the Depth of 16-19m.
Worked on Compound retaining wall over 450 Running meter.
Duties & Responsibilities :-
Execution of work as per Specification / GFC Drawing.
Preparation of work planning schedule, material requisitation, cost control and documentation.
Doing feasibility assessments and Site inspection.
Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
Preparation of Site safety checklists and rectify safety reports reply.
Preparing bills for the payment certification and update daily work progress to project engineer.
Site leveling, Scrap removal and segregation also Road formation for Vehicle movement.
Preparation of contractors & Sub contractors bills as per work done.
Following up the documents DLR, DPR, M-Book, Cube Register Checklists and tracking sheets.
Attending Safety Meetings & Client meetings
Planning of construction activities and prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Schedules.
Performed Qualitative and Quantitative control on the job site.
Supervision of whole site and solve an unexpected problems in site and improve work progress.
Preparation of Weekly, Monthly progress meeting slides and attend meeting with Consultant.

Handled residential apartment of G+3 at Virugambakkam, Anna nagar .
Handled projects from Complete structural till Finishing works and key handing over.
Duties & Responsibilities :-
Complete responsibility work execution and construction management duties.
Planning and Execution of the project and ensuring good quality, within in time frame.
Making the procurement indents of material requirement for the Projects and Adhering Safety & Quality
Prepare and circulate Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports.
Taking the Quantity requirements of steel & Concrete for the RCC work
Executed work from the Foundation to the handing over
Taking Snags of the Flats and reworking over that and handing over the flat
Working with a project team and other technical team members, developing the construction program and reviews periodic status reports with all site teams.

Duties & Responsibilities :-
Planning and Execution of Works ( Masonry, Tiling, Painting work and Interior works ) as per Schedule.
Conducted Project monitoring to ensure quality construction and safety.
Supervised On-site activities and monitored job process and ensure that buildings are erected to the customer satisfaction according to the specification.
Handling labor and material issues and managing subcontractors.
Following engineering and architectural recommendations on the blueprints and plans and communicated them to workers.
Providing Schedule for Workers, taking their daily attendance, supervising their work and order constructional materials, tools and machines in relation to needs according to the schedule of construction.
